Cancellation Policy

At Yardman Vibes, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines when and how you may cancel an order.


1. Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 24 hours (1 day) of placing it.

After this 24-hour period, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted, as your order may have already entered processing or dispatch.


2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after dispatch, you must follow our Return & Refund Policy once the order has been delivered.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.


3. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation within the eligible timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour window:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


5. Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if:

  • The request is made after 24 hours

  • The order has already been processed or dispatched

  • The request appears fraudulent or abusive
