1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all locations within the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Options & Costs

We offer the following UK delivery services:

1–3 Working Days Delivery – £9.99

Your order will be delivered within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (Monday–Friday) – £15.99

Orders placed before the daily cut-off time and selected for Next Day Delivery will arrive on the next working day after dispatch.

Please note:

  • “Working days” exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays or peak periods.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed the same day if placed before 8:00 PM and payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM may be processed the following working day.

During peak periods (such as holidays or promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended. If there are significant delays, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery directly with the courier.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.


5. Missed or Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Failure to respond to courier contact

The courier may attempt re-delivery. If the parcel is returned to us after failed attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


7. Perishable & Fresh Products

For perishable or fresh items, we strongly recommend selecting Next Day Delivery to maintain optimal freshness.

Upon delivery:

  • Inspect your order immediately

  • Refrigerate or store products promptly

  • Consume within the recommended timeframe

We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by delayed storage after successful delivery.
