Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Perishable & Fresh Goods

Due to the nature of our business, perishable goods (including fresh produce and chilled items) are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The item is incorrect

Any issues with perishable goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photographic evidence.


3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • We sent the wrong product

In certain low-value cases, we may choose not to require the item to be returned and instead send a replacement at no additional cost. This decision is made at our discretion.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are granted only in cases of:

  • Significant damage

  • Incorrect items sent

Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself does not qualify for a refund.

Refunds are processed only after:

  • The returned item is received

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
